​How Do I Place An Order?​
  • Step 1 - Select a product, opens a Products Page, can view and select products from a thumbnail view. 

  • Step 2 - Add to the shopping cart, selects an item from the main Products Page

  • Step 3 - View the cart, selects an item from the main Products Page

  • Step 4 - Checkout, In the shopping cart, they can change the quantity of products or remove products. To change the quantity of a product, they can click on the current value in the Quantity field and enter a new value.

How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

  • During checkout process, you can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary box.

What is the shipping fee for?

What is COD?

  • COD stands for Cash On Delivery. With this payment method, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in most areas but some geographical restrictions apply. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call right after you place your order.



 

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s).However, we do have a few simple requirements for processing a return.
 

the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  • It is within thirty (30) days from the delivery date for items sold by Snazzy Clothing, or within seven (7) days from the delivery date for items sold by Third Party Merchants. Product detail pages on Snazzy Clothing indicate the seller of the respective product

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)

  • The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list (Click here to see the list)

  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it

  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted

  • All sealed items must not be opened
